    We’re evolving. The new name — Razer Silver Rewards—better reflects what our program is all about: earning and spending Razer Silver, the currency of gamers. It’s the same program you love, now with a name that matches the experience.

  • Do I need to re-enroll or create a new account?

    Nope. You’re already in. Your account, tier, and Razer Silver balance carry over automatically. Just keep gaming, shopping, and earning like always.

  • What’s changing besides the name?

    In addition to the name change, we’re working on new perks, exclusive drops, and more ways to earn. Stay tuned.

  • Will I lose any of my Razer Silver or tier progress?

    Not at all. Your Razer Silver balance, tier status, and benefits are safe and sound. Nothing resets or expires because of the name change.

  • Who is eligible to join Razer Silver Rewards?

    Our loyalty program is open to anyone who wants to purchase our gear for themselves or as a gift from Razer.com.

  • Where can I redeem Razer gear using Razer Silver?

    You can redeem your Razer Silver and view the full range of rewards from our Razer Silver catalog.

  • How long does it take for my Razer Silver Rewards membership to be activated?

    Your membership will be activated immediately upon successful sign up.

  • Where can I find all my membership account information and benefits?

    For membership related information, you can log in to your Razer ID account to view your accumulated spending, membership level, entitlements and available Razer Silver for redemption.

  • What are the membership levels and how does it work?

    The Razer Silver Rewards loyalty program consists of 3 levels.

    All members start in Level 1 upon joining the program and will automatically enjoy the privileges in Razer Silver Rewards as Level 1 members. Members earn Razer Silver for their purchases based on the level they are in at the time of purchase.

    Members who spent €500 in the calendar year will be automatically upgraded to Level 2 and will be entitled to Level 2 privileges.

    Members who spent €2,000 in the calendar year will be automatically upgraded to Level 3 and will be entitled to Level 3 privileges.

  • Can my past purchases on Razer.com or RazerStore be counted towards the accumulated spending?

    Accumulation of spending begins from the date you join as a member and you must be logged in into your Razer ID account during checkout on Razer.com.

  • How long does it take for my spending to be recorded into my account?

    Accumulated spending will be credited to your account after the return and refund period. Please visit https://www.razer.com/eu-en/legal/returns-refunds for more information.

  • What if the Razer Silver that I have earned is not reflected in my wallet?

    Razer Silver earned will be based on the actual spend and will be credited to your account after 14 days upon receiving your order.
